Now Touring: With Songs that Shine like New Light ‘Flora Falls’

Flora Falls, a Berlin based band, with members Brie, originally from the Sunshine Coast, and Dom, originally from Canada, caught up with The Morning Wake-up’s Nato while on the Sunshine Coast promoting their new album and enjoying the sights on their first Australia tour.

The duo has spent more than two years on songwriting, gathering inspiration, recording, and putting this new album together. Berlin’s creative community is providing the band with numerous opportunities to connect with other artists and perform, along with affordable living costs, allowing them to pursue their passion.

The music-making process involved significant emotional investment and vulnerability. Like many artists, Flora Falls has experienced the highs and lows of touring live music, including poorly attended shows where they questioned their motivation, followed by breakthrough performances that reaffirmed their commitment to music.
