Lambs at Play is a playgroup running at Lifepointe. They meet three mornings per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays from 9:30-11:30am. Lambs at Play offers a safe, stimulating play environment for the children – but more than that they offer a place where families feel loved and cared for. They offer a fun morning of play, craft, music and story time, and a place where mums and dads can come together, have a cuppa and get to know other mums and dads in the community.

These days there are many people moving to The Coast, often without the support networks of family and friends and they want to be able offer that. They have seen great friendships formed through Lambs at Play between whole families, they have been able to help those in need in various ways and welcomed some families as they decided to attend our Sunday morning services at church on a regular basis. Several families have joined in with our special celebration services. People come to Lambs because of the great program they offer, they stay because of the love they feel there. If you have young children, they would love you to join in with them… or you might be in a position to be a helper. Check them out on facebook

If you’ve never been to a Youth Group before or you haven’t been for a long time, don’t freak out, we are just a bunch of ordinary young punks hanging out having a good time together who know Jesus and want to get to know him more…

What should you expect at LakeshoreYouth?

Friday night goes for about 1 ½ hours and is a mix of hanging out, mucking around playing games, making friends, eating food, learning about this one guy Jesus who changed all of history. And figure out what on earth Jesus has to do with being a teenager.

It would be sweet to have you come hang with us.
