A Life in Patches: A quilt exhibition is currently running at Noosa Regional Gallery, Pelican Street, Tewantin until Sunday the 8th of March. 29 Quilters from Noosa Arts and Crafts at Wallace House, Noosaville, have been invited to share their lives and their quilts as a catalyst to demonstrate the stories of the women who crafted them and the narrative of the 55 strong membership of the quilting community that is Wallace House Quilters.

These 29 quilts have been selected for a prestigious exhibition at Noosa Regional Gallery during the month of February, 2020. The lives of the women who made them are suspended in the fabric, stories of mothers and their children, both happy and sad.

Touch and share the birth of a grandchild, the death of a child, the marriage of another, a life fully lived and feel the force of special friendships forged through companionship. The emotion of the lives of these women is crafted into each exhibit and will reach out to the audience.
